BALL SORTING MACHINE

TOYO Ball Sorting Machine is used to discharge and sort heavy and numerous grinding media from the mill to achieve the optimum ball charge composition and filling level. Sorting grinding media can be time consuming and costly. In most cases, grinding media is used without being sorted once it is charged to the mill. To address this issue, TOYO has developed a new generation grinding media sorting machine which quickly and efficiently detects deformed or broken balls and other foreign materials such as nuts and bolts, etc. The results have proven to reduce ball mill inventory and costs as well as reducing mill downtime. Balls from 15mm to 100mm can be sorted by this single machine which also has low impact in terms of noise and dust emissions. It also helps reduce the maintenance load due to its simple structure.
